Consular jurisdiction of the Embassy encompasses the following cantons of Switzerland: Bern, Fribourg, Solothurn,Basel Stadt, Basel Landschaft, Tessin, Vaud, Valais, Neuchatel, Geneve i Jura. Embassy also covers on nonresidental basics the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Beside of the embassy in Bern, Republic of Serbia has two more diplomatic/consular missions in Switzerland: Consulate General in Zürich and Permanent mission to the UN in Geneva.
